The IT Services Help Desk is accessible by phone and email, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except major holidays. In-person support is also available during normal business hours.
Contacting the Help Desk
609.497.7812 - Phone support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Technicians should answer quickly and can help you with many common problems. Any issue they cannot resolve is escalated to our on-site staff and is generally handled during normal business hours.
For less urgent issues, you can email the ITS Help Desk at email@example.com -- emails are generally responded to within a couple hours.
Walk-in technical support is available in room 1176, in the North Wing of the library. Someone is there to greet you during normal office hours, but on-site technical support is limited by availability. You can call or email ahead to schedule an appointment.
